Facial Slimming is a minimally invasive treatment designed to visually narrow the face. Muscle relaxants (Botulinumtoxin A) are injected precisely into the masseter muscle. This relaxes the muscle and, over time, leads to a visibly slimmer face—without surgery and without downtime.

This treatment is ideal for individuals with a pronounced masseter muscle that makes the face appear wide—often due to excessive chewing, teeth grinding, or clenching at night. In addition to the aesthetic effect, Facial Slimming can also relieve functional issues such as jaw clenching, bruxism, or tension-related headaches.

Initial effects are typically visible after about 7–14 days, with the full result appearing within 4–6 weeks. The face appears slimmer and more defined—completely non-surgical.

The effect of the muscle relaxant generally lasts between 9 and 12 months. To maintain the defined appearance, regular follow-up treatments are recommended.

The injection is performed with a very fine needle directly into the masseter muscle. Anesthesia is not required, as the treatment is almost painless. The procedure takes about 10–15 minutes, and you can return to normal activities immediately afterward.

Mild swelling or small bruises may occur immediately after treatment but usually subside quickly and can be easily concealed with makeup. Avoid sports, sauna, or exposure to intense heat for 24–48 hours.
