After both treatments, you are usually able to resume your normal social activities immediately, although individual injection sites may be visible for around one to two days. Swelling and slight bruising may occur, but this will disappear within a few days. When undergoing hyaluronic acid injections, we recommend drinking at least two litres of water per day so that the hyaluronic acid can take full effect. You can resume sporting activities after 48 hours. We recommend avoiding direct sunlight, saunas and steam baths for one week after the treatment.
