Dr. Bülent Ugurlu is a specialist in otolaryngology and medical director of the LIVION practice in Hamburg.

After completing his medical studies at the University of Regensburg, Dr. Bülent Ugurlu initially worked in the Department of ENT Medicine and the Department of Anesthesiology at the German Armed Forces Hospital in Amberg. Even then, he was interested in plastic and aesthetic surgery, which is why he has participated in numerous related training courses and internships both in Germany and abroad since 2003.

Between 2005 and 2006, numerous foreign missions followed, including in Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Djibouti, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Senegal, Nigeria, Sao Tome and Australia.

During this time, Dr. Ugurlu also worked for the German Air Force's Air Force, providing medical care to national and international VIPs abroad. In 2006, Dr. Ugurlu received his doctorate and began an MBA program at the University of California. In 2007, he returned to the Bundeswehr Hospital in Hamburg, where he specialized in snoring and plastic surgery. There, he also developed the Snorelift method, which is successfully used to treat snoring and sleep apnea syndrome.

In 2012, Dr. Ugurlu founded his private practice on Neuer Wall in Hamburg. There, he offers a wide range of services in the areas of ENT, aesthetics, and the treatment of snoring and sleep apnea. The Livion Healthcare Center has also been located nearby since January 2016.
