For optimal results, it is essential to take it easy physically and to refrain from sexual intercourse and strenuous exercise for around 7–14 days. Particularly following autologous fat transfer, it is important to avoid putting pressure on the transplanted fat tissue, as this can impair healing and lead to increased fat loss.
