Upon receipt of your registration, it becomes binding for you. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your registration along with an invoice. For LIVION Dr. Bülent Ugurlu GmbH, the registration becomes binding only once the payment has been received. The listed fee for the seminar/bootcamp includes the applicable VAT and is due immediately. Please transfer the amount due to the account indicated on the invoice. The fees must be transferred no later than 14 days before the seminar/bootcamp date (receipt on the LIVION Dr. Bülent Ugurlu GmbH account), including the invoice number and the participant’s name.

In the event of a cancellation, your cancellation must be submitted in writing by letter or email (seminar@livion.de). For cancellations made up to 7 days before the start of the seminar/bootcamp, half of the fee will be refunded. For cancellations made after this period, no refund will be issued. The registration spot for a seminar may be transferred to a substitute participant; for a bootcamp, an alternative date may be arranged.

Once payment has been received, you will receive a registration confirmation and a preliminary appointment confirmation, as well as directions to the venue. In the event of overbooking, underbooking, or a short-notice cancellation by the instructor, you will be notified as soon as possible. Please provide your email and mobile number so that we can contact you promptly. LIVION Dr. Bülent Ugurlu GmbH is not liable for any costs incurred due to such cancellations. Any amount already paid will be refunded immediately.

The instructor expressly reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule. LIVION Dr. Bülent Ugurlu GmbH assumes no liability for the content, execution, or other conditions of a seminar/bootcamp. Photos and videos may occasionally be taken before and during the event. LIVION Dr. Bülent Ugurlu GmbH reserves the right for these recordings—taken by Dr. Bülent Ugurlu or third parties authorized by the company—to be used without limitation in time, content, or location, particularly for advertising purposes, in any type of media. They may be published, reproduced, distributed, rented, digitized, electronically stored, and altered. If you do not agree to this, please indicate so in the participant list distributed at the beginning of the seminar or prior to the start of the bootcamp.
