1. Issuer

The issuer of the gift card (hereinafter also referred to as the “Card”) is LIVION Dr. Bülent Ugurlu GmbH, Neuer Wall 38, 20354 Hamburg.

2. Available Formats

• Physical card, purchasable at the Livion practice
• Physical card, purchasable at www.livion.de
• Digital gift card (delivery by email), purchasable at www.livion.de

3. Means of Payment

The gift card can be purchased using all payment methods accepted at the Livion practice. Other gift cards are excluded.

4. Bearer Instrument

The card is a bearer instrument and may be transferred to another person. The bearer of the card is responsible for its use and safekeeping. In the event of loss, theft, or damage, neither the card nor the remaining balance will be replaced. The purchase receipt does not entitle the holder to a replacement in such cases.

5. Responsibility for Digital Gift Cards

If a digital gift card is purchased at www.livion.de, LIVION Dr. Bülent Ugurlu GmbH is not responsible for non-receipt or delayed receipt of the digital gift card by the intended recipient if the cause lies outside the control of LIVION Dr. Bülent Ugurlu GmbH. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Defects or failures of telecommunications systems;
• Delayed transmission or loss of information or data resulting from the issues described above;
• Incorrect recipient data, such as an incorrect email address, provided by the purchaser;
• Non-delivery of the digital gift card to the specified email address;
• Email being classified as spam or junk by the recipient’s email system.

6. Returns

The return of an unused card is accepted under the following conditions and in compliance with applicable law:

• Physical cards purchased at the practice may be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
• Physical cards purchased at www.livion.de may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Digital gift cards purchased at www.livion.de may be returned within 14 days of being sent to the intended recipient.

The card price will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase. For this, the original receipt or confirmation email and, where applicable, the relevant credit/bank card and proof of payment must be presented. Any remaining balance on the card cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

7. Redemption

Gift cards are redeemable exclusively for all minimally invasive treatments at the LIVION practice, including injectables, laser treatments, and Power Infusion. Redemption is possible at our locations: Neuer Wall 38, 20354 Hamburg, or Lange Reihe 83, 20099 Hamburg. The card cannot be used for surgical procedures (e.g., rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, etc.).

8. Presentation of the Gift Card

The gift card must be presented at the time of payment at the Livion practice. Depending on the gift card format purchased, this may be done by presenting the physical gift card or the digital gift card, for example on a mobile device or in printed form. Subsequent presentation after completion of the payment process is excluded.

9. Legibility

The card’s monetary value (in euros) and voucher number must be clearly legible; otherwise, the company reserves the right to refuse acceptance.

10. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance of a card is the difference between the balance prior to redemption and the price of the selected treatment.

11. Payout of Remaining Balance

Remaining balances are not paid out in cash. A new voucher will be issued for the remaining amount.

12. Difference Amount

If the price of a treatment exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference can be paid using any payment method accepted at the Livion practice. Other gift cards are excluded. Only one gift card may be redeemed per treatment.

13. Validity

The card is valid for 3 years from the end of the year in which it was purchased. After this period, the card expires.

13.1 Redemption of Discounted Vouchers

Discounted vouchers purchased during Beauty Week may be redeemed starting January 2026.

13.2 Valentine’s Day Offers

The Endolift® offer is valid only at the LIVION Neuer Wall location. The treatments (Endolift® & Morpheus8™) are performed as a combined treatment in one session. The combined treatment appointment must take place by 30 June 2026. Only while stocks last. If the total cost of the Endolift treatment exceeds €1,700, for example due to additional areas, the additional costs will be charged at the regular price.

The Vanquish ME™ offer is valid only at the LIVION St. Georg location. The treatments (Vanquish ME™ & shockwave therapy) are performed as a combined treatment in one session. The combined treatment appointment must take place by 30 June 2026. Only while stocks last. One zone means either the abdomen, both thighs, or both upper arms. The shockwave treatment is applied to the same selected zone.

14. Invalid Cards

Cards obtained unlawfully are invalid and may not be used to pay for aesthetic treatments or Power Infusion. No refund will be issued.

15. Agreement to Terms of Use

By purchasing or using the card, the holder agrees to these terms of use. The terms of use are available at the Livion practice and via www.livion.de.

16. Promotions and Discounts

Promotions and discounts cannot be combined. Discounted/reduced-price vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
