Instagram 1st Advent Contest Terms and Conditions
1) Contest Period
Our giveaway begins with the publication of the post on the Livion Instagram page on 30 November 2025 and ends on 7 December 2025 at 23:59.
2) Organizer
The organizer of the giveaway is LIVION Dr. Bülent Ugurlu GmbH, Neuer Wall 38, 20354 Hamburg. This giveaway is not connected to Facebook and/or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported, or organized by Facebook and/or Instagram.
3) Participation
Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation in the giveaway is free of charge and not linked to the purchase of any service. Purchasing services from the organizer does not increase the chances of winning.
Participation takes place via the Livion Instagram page by completing the following actions:
- Follow: Participants must follow the Livion Instagram account.
- Like & Comment: Participants must like the giveaway post and tag someone in the comments who should also take part in the giveaway.
- Story Share (optional): For an additional chance to win, participants may share the giveaway post in their Instagram Story and tag the Livion account.
Participants may comment on the giveaway post as many times as they like; however, this does not increase their chances of winning.
4) Prize
Lip Filler Treatment
The prize can be redeemed at the Livion practice in St. Georg for a lip filler treatment. A transfer, cash payout, or exchange of the prize is not possible. Legal recourse is excluded.
5) Winner Notification
The winner will be notified directly via Instagram Direct Message by 10 December 2025. Participants must ensure that they check their messages regularly. If a participant does not respond within 24 hours of receiving the winner notification, the prize claim expires and another winner will be selected.
We will also share the winners’ accounts in our Instagram Story.
6) Data Protection
By participating, entrants consent to their transmitted data being stored exclusively for the purpose of administering the giveaway. After the giveaway ends, the data will be deleted. Personal data will not be stored for commercial purposes. Transfer to third parties is excluded.
7) Applicable Law
The giveaway is subject exclusively to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
8) Liability
The organizer is not liable for damages caused by errors, delays, or interruptions in transmission, technical malfunctions or service disruptions, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, viruses, or other issues arising in connection with participation in the giveaway, unless such damages are caused intentionally or through gross negligence by the organizer (its representatives, employees, or agents).
9) Final Provisions
The organizer reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice or to shorten or cancel the giveaway at any time without stating reasons. This applies in particular if the proper execution of the giveaway cannot be guaranteed for technical, legal, or other reasons. Livion is entitled to exclude participants if there is a justified suspicion of a violation of the terms and conditions. There is no legal entitlement to participate in or to the execution of the giveaway.
